The location may be a bit confusing to navigate at first, but it's ultimately a quiet, safe haven, perfectly situated in a quiet area yet within easy walking distance to Georgetown and major attractions. The dining experience is a mix, with incredibly delicious Illy coffee but lacking variety and value for money in other options. The hotel boasts well-maintained facilities that enhance the overall stay experience.

The service encountered was exceptional, with staff always going above and beyond, especially the concierge service. The dining experience was highlighted by fresh, hot Illy coffee, though some aspects were poor and pricy.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms offered a private sitting area with a good view of the NHamp/21Street comings & goings, and the special fireworks show setup with party hats, food, champagne, and attentive servers was truly spectacular. The staff bent over backwards to ensure our comfort, from recommending a great restaurant to providing exemplary service throughout our stay.
